Drawing on our experience, we set out to create a concept that searches for something between a house and an apartment—a synergy/combination of the advantages of both. A human scale aligned with real human needs resulted in the design of rational, functional, compact, and energy-efficient house-apartments. The average size of a residential unit is 68 m². The repetition of forms gave way to diversity.
The estate’s urban layout is the result of avoiding conflicts with the existing greenery—building among the trees, with respect for what was already there.

Shared spaces, mysterious passages, intimate courtyards—places that encourage neighbourly interaction, along with private gardens that allow for retreat and the search for privacy.
The designed buildings represent a contemporary form of dense urban development, an attempt to find an alternative to high-rise multi-family housing. The buildings were combined into semi-detached clusters. In the first stage of the development, 18 residential units were built.
