The project is based on the renovation of a 20th-century building. The existing structure impresses with its detailing and brick finish, but despite its historical value, it required a thorough modernization, both internally and externally.
We aimed to create a modern building form that harmoniously interacts with the site’s topography and surroundings. The new part of the building, open and filled with light, welcomes visitors with a warm atmosphere. The project as a whole unites two worlds into a coherent composition, creating a space where tradition meets modernity.
